Privacy Policy
Johor Golf & Country Club respects your privacy. We collect personal information — such as your name, contact details and booking information — only to process tee-time bookings, respond to your enquiries, and send club news you have asked to receive. Tee-time bookings made through our partner platform (Deemples) are also subject to that platform's own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Payment & Refund Policy
Green-fee bookings are completed and paid on our partner platform, Deemples, at the time of booking. The rates shown on this website are inclusive of green fee, buggy and insurance as stated, and are subject to change. A minimum of two players applies to each booking; a caddy is compulsory and charged separately.
Cancellation, refund and rain-check terms are governed by the booking platform's policy shown at checkout. Where cancellation is permitted, please cancel as early as possible before your tee time. For any question about a payment or refund, contact the club at enquiry@johorgolfandcountryclub.com.
Golf Booking Policy
Tee times are booked through our partner platform, Deemples. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time to register at the Pro Shop. Proper golf attire is required on the course.
A caddy is compulsory and charged separately from the green fee; buggies are provided on a twin-sharing basis. Slots are subject to availability and advance booking is required. There is no rain check unless stated at checkout. The Management reserves the right to amend these terms with or without notice.
